Does my physician accept Healthy Families?
To determine if and/or which plan your physicians accepts under the Health Families Program you can use our Physician Lookup or contact his/her office.
How long does the decision process take to determine enrollment in Healthy Families?
Typically it will take 2 weeks following the submission of the completed application and required paperwork. Click on Application Status for updated information.
Can I apply even if the Pre-Qualification says "I might not qualify"?
Yes. Insuring Kids, LLC. does not limit, restrict or prohibit any individual from seeking application assistance.
