Insuring Kids, LLC and their associates function as a Health Care Clearinghouse. The handling of personal health information is regulated by the Department of Health & Human Services and the State of California Healthy Families Program Privacy Practices.

We receive information solely as a contracted business associate.

Complaint Procedure
As a covered entity you have the right to make certain requests (see Healthy Families Privacy Rights) and you also have a right to file complaint if you feel your privacy rights were violated.

To file a complaint with us, please send a letter to Insuring Kids, LLC, PO Box 615, Trabuco Canyon, CA 92678-0615. You can also file a complaint directly with the Healthy Families Program and/or Department of Health & Human Services.
