Thank you for your interest in the Healthy Families Program. As a Family and Youth Advocate of Social Services, Insuring Kids, LLC. is dedicated to assisting families throughout the application process. This includes:

  • Online Application Assistance for Healthy Families and Medi-Cal Program
  • Application Review by a Master Trained Certified Application Assistants
  • Online Submission of Healthy Families Application to the State of California
  • Documentation Assistance and Support Services

All services of Insuring Kids, LLC are FREE. If you submitted your online request through Insuring Kids, LLC. for Application Assistance with Healthy Families and/or Medi-Cal, please enter the Assistance ID below for more information:
